Georgetown - Garage Project

This customer’s concrete was stained and dirty. The customer wanted a surface that looked finished and was easy to clean. 

We perform a dustless surface grind to prepare the concrete for our base coat.

The garage turndowns and steps are are started first. They receive the polyurea base coat.

Flakes are broadcasted onto the steps and turndowns with 100% coverage.

Once the polyurea base coat is set, the exposed flakes are troweled down. 

The polyurea base coat is squeegeed onto the garage floor and is followed by the flakes.
