I wanted to thank you and your team for the excellent work on our deck and garage floor, and I couldn't think of a better way than through a brief letter.

We are really impressed with the finished product.  What a difference in not only the way the concrete surfaces look, but also in the elimination of the dust factor, and apparent ease of cleaning.  We are ever so anxious to get things back in place and begin to enjoy everything in our daily life.  So far, it has more than met our expectations.

Aside from the finished work, however, I appreciated your diligent follow-up through communications which provided a real comfort factor from start to finish.  Your guidance and professional manner helped diminish reservations to even start, much less deal with the stress in the project flow to completion.  Additionally, the two men actually doing the work not only represented KoolCote well, but they exhibited strong work ethic and professional qualities throughout the three days of labor.  It was refreshing to see two men work so well together and know what they were doing.

I am so happy with my front porch and steps done by KoolCote. My daughter said that the office was great and called everyday to let her know when your crews would be arriving and what they would be doing that day. She is a real stickler on customer service and she said your team at KoolCote was the best and she was very happy I chose you all for my job.
