This is LONG overdue. Last September we had approximately $13,000.00 worth of work performed by your company. My sales rep as well as the office staff was outstanding to work with. From the first meeting with my sales rep and subsequent (several) dealings with the office staff, my wife and I felt like we were their only customers. In a day and age where it seems like the easiest thing to find in this country is bad service, they were a refreshing change.

As far as the two young gentlemen who actually performed the work, they were also outstanding. Ramiro and Eli were very professional in every manner. My wife ‘tortured’ them on a daily basis, constantly asking them questions as to why something looked the way it did at a certain point, or asking for more color or less color or whatever. Again, they were extremely cooperative. Even while Ramiro’s wife was having difficulties with the birth of their child, he focused on his work.

We are anxious for Spring to come so that we can show off our new patio and walkway. So far, any of our friends who have seen it, have been very impressed. I will recommend your company to anyone who is interested.
