Doesn't rain at my house for months - I schedule KoolCote to texture the concrete around my new pool and it rains 5 days straight! Regardless they took immaculate care in making sure it set properly and avoided getting a bunch of gunk in my pool and on my house. It looks great and aside from a few paint touch-ups I've have to do (my fault dragging patio chairs across it). It does actually stay a bit cooler than bare concrete.

After receiving an outrageous quote from another resurfacing company, we called Koolcote for a comparison.  What happened next made our decision very easy.  Isabel was friendly and professional on the phone and set an appointment for Casey to come see us right away.  Casey gave us an apples to apples quote that blew the competition away.  We were scheduled quickly and our job was completed this morning.  (Four days total.)

Our covered patio looks amazing.  The care the crew showed in laying out the pattern was beyond anything I could've imagined.  The end result is absolutely beautiful!  We can't wait to get the pool work done so we can have that deck refinished too.  Casey, Isabel, Tolbert, Juan, and all of the Koolcote San Antonio crew:  THANK YOU!!

I am more that please with the job done by you and your staff. Your appointment with me at the house for the estimate was very professional and informative. I appreciate the morning calls informing me when the work would begin and what was happening. The workers on the job were incredible... working diligently in the heat of the day. I'm writing to you once again to let you know how pleased I am with your company. Your team (Isabelle, Ramiro, and one other gentleman whose name I did not get) did a fine job. Unfortunately, by the very nature of your product, you are totally dependent upon the weather. This can make scheduling a virtual nightmare. However, your team handled the much needed rain we received over the last couple of days in stride. In fact, as I write this note, they are finishing up outside.

I am also writing to give you a lead for another project here in Boerne. I don’t know the particulars, but I understand that it encompasses some 4,000 square feet.

The job done by your crew at our home was fantastic.  The crew was very professional, so courteous, and most considerate of our home while they worked.  Plus the outcome of the work is beautiful.  We have had our pool decking done, our garage floor done; and today our front walkway, entrance and steps were completed.  Amazing.  Thank you Isabel, Casey and rest of the Kool Cote team.
